Operating the Surfacer is a comfortable experience, thanks to its low-vibration drive system and vibration-dampening ergonomic handlebar. The dashboard controls are conveniently located within the operator's reach, providing ease of use. Select from forward, neutral, or reverse directions, adjust depth settings, and control drum RPMs.

This Surfacer is ideal for multiple applications. Use it to shave surfaces and prevent micro-cracking before applying new coatings or overlays. It efficiently removes failed coatings, contaminants, coverings, or overlays. Achieve the right Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) to enhance bond strength. Additionally, it effectively removes markings, stripes, and coatings.

The Surfacer removes material up to 10" wide and 1/8" depth per pass. It boasts production rates of up to 600-800 sq ft per hour, making it a reliable choice for efficient operations. Remove traffic lines at an impressive rate of 800 - 1,100 linear feet per hour. Loading and unloading is a breeze with the front-mounted lifting handle.

For convenience, the Surfacer is equipped with adaptable pulley speed changes for precise shaving, planning, or scarifying operations. It also features a vacuum port compatible with most bags, ensuring a cleaner work environment.
